Shipping
Orders are packaged and shipped from Japan usually within 3-5 business days from purchase. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
International Shipping
The estimated delivery time worldwide is 7-10 business days. There are still some increased delays due to the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and we can not guarantee how long it will take for the items to arrive. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for long time. If this happens please contact your local customs office. We are unable to contact customs authorities on customers’ behalf.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Should you refuse to pay customs upon delivery of your package, your order will be returned to us.
Shipping terms
All orders will be trackable, however we are not responsible for any delays or loss in transit not covered by insurance. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
